Do you offer free returns?

No, while we do provide free pre-paid return shipping labels, in order to give you the lowest possible prices day-in day-out, we need to charge a flat $5.00 return fee to help cover shipping and restocking costs. This fee will not be charged to you, it is automatically deducted from your refund amount.

Do you offer exchanges?

No, if you would like a different size or color please return your unwanted item through this portal, and then place a new order at www.32degrees.com

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items have been received, you'll receive your refund typically within 3-5 days

Why was my refund not approved?

In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or was not processes and authorized through this portal, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned back to you, we ask that you cover the delivery cost.


What if I received a defective or damaged item? 

  • Do not return damaged or defective items through this portal
  • Please contact info@32degrees.com with images showing the damage/defect

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 45 days
  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached

What items are non-returnable?

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Items not approved through this return portal
  • 32CLUB points used towards your purchase will not be refunded

Do you refund shipping costs if I return my entire order?

No, shipping costs, discount codes and redeemed 32CLUB points will not be refunded.
